Birthdaybook 5.3 is now compatible with OS 10.6, Snow Leopard!

Backuplist+ 7.0.1
Backuplist+ 7.0.1 is a maintenance update to the major release of 7.0. Several small bugs have been fixed including more flexibility for cloning volumes to other volumes, faster size calculation, and adjustments to the interface layout.
Backuplist+ 7.0 is here and it is great! The entire application has been rebuilt, optimized and has builds of the latest rsync 3.06 for Tiger, Leopard and Snow Leopard. The improvements are too long to list here but just the new interface alone is worth it.
Backuplist+ is a popular "wrapper" application for the new rsync 3.0.2 copy tool. It is a powerful backup application that is simple for novice users and offers many choices for the more advanced user. It makes simple copies, not archives, that are easy to retrieve and can even make a clone of the whole system. Backuplist+ was recently include on the Macworld UK CD at the Macworld Expo in London and on the cover CD of the German Macup magazine. Pretty cool. . Backuplist+ 7.0 is an important update. Many things have been improved and bugs fixed, including issues with the exclude list. There is now a dedicated rysnc log so you can see the rsync progress without opening terminal. There is a scheduling log. And much more....

iCleanLanguage 1.2
iCleanLanguage Safely removes unwanted language files
Version 1.2 is now compatible with OS 10.6, Snow Leopard! It also has optimized code so it runs up to 50% faster. Better Log information too!
Based on Gary Moore's excellent "Localizer" script, iCleanLanguage has one purpose: to remove unwanted language files from your computer. On OSX, these files can take up as much as 4 GB of space and unless you wish to run your Mac in these languages, they are completely unnecessary. iCleanLanguage removes these by scanning for these files and then selectively removing them. You select which languages to keep and also which directories and applications you wish to clean. There is a "search Only" feature that allows you to make a dry run without any files actually being removed.You can also select which languages to save and which applications to skip over.
